Adults can dive into a world of discovery and learning at our expansive education center too. Whether you’re looking to expand your knowledge of Nebraska agriculture or enjoy a parents night out, we offer a variety of programs, events, and activities tailored for adults.

Infuse your own spirits class

Master the art of crafting delectable infused spirits using garden-fresh ingredients like apple, mint, jalapeño, and lavender that can all be grown in your garden at home.

Meat Cutting Workshop

Sharpen your knife skills with hands-on butchering workshops where participants transform their culinary abilities, learn the skills needed to expertly process large cuts of meat and learn how to make smart meat purchases.

Professional Cooking Classes

Elevate your culinary skills as you learn from renowned chefs from many of Nebraska’s favorite restaurants as they share their expertise in our state-of-the-art professional kitchen.

Savor an evening of fun with our wine pairing dinners where you’ll discover the versatility of wine and uncover the perfect wine varietals to complement your cooking at home.

Farm to Craft Series

Unleash your creativity with our Farm to Craft events.  Dive into hands-on fun as you transform honey into soap, mold beeswax into beautiful candles, and learn the art of leatherworking.

Hours & Admission

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:
9 am - Noon, 1 pm - 4 pm.

Tuesdays and Fridays:
Reserved for field trips and scheduled group programs.
