In this hands-on workshop, you will make delicious noodles at home with step-by-step instruction from the Nebraska Wheat Board Student Ambassadors. By the end of this livestreamed workshop, these energetic college-aged students will have you enjoying fresh, delicious noodles with plenty of leftovers! If you are looking for a new cooking accomplishment in the pandemic, an activity that the whole family can do together on a chilly Saturday afternoon, or a way to connect with old family traditions, noodle making has something for everyone.


This Workshop includes:

  • Live, expert-led instruction on making handmade noodles
  • Fun facts about wheat and Nebraska’s wheat industry

This workshop series is a “Beyond the Walls” initiative of Raising Nebraska. Raising Nebraska is a joint effort of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resource and Extension at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, and the Nebraska State Fair. The 25,000 square foot exhibit is designed to help visitors better understand and appreciate the advancements, impacts, and global leadership of Nebraska agriculture.
